is a unique photo/film location in the centre of Sheffield; close to the train station, bus/tram links and SHU City campus. The 1400ft2 hire location is a single open space with a multitude of textures and finishes as well as diffused natural light delivered by a 12ft skylight and roll-paper backdrop capabilities via a Manfrotto Expan system.

We are available for photo shoots (stills and video) workshops, talks and exhibitions.

156 Arundel St shares an entrance with The Depot Bakery and although the shooting space is separated from view it is not suitable where absolute privacy or a controlled audio environment is required.

Pricing and Bookings

The studio is available for photo/video hire at the following rates:

  • £30
    per hour
  • £100 half day
    (4 hours)
  • £200 full day
    (8 hours)

Bookings available Mon-Fri 8am-6pm
Out of hours booking — £40 per hour

10% student discount

Full payment is required in advance to secure your booking. Bookings are non-returnable but are transferable.

Please note the hired time includes any set-up/prep and breakdown time so remember to include that in your preparation.
